In a place this dry and extreme, making wine is all about precision, patience, and knowing exactly when to let nature do its thing.

Tech info Hand harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts for 25 days, with full malolactic fermentation, and aged in concrete to preserve freshness and purity.
